This foolproof recipe will ensure you get perfect Yorkshire Puds everytime.
This recipe will make six medium sized puddings.
You will need
70g plain flour
What to do
Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
Using olive oil, pour a small amount into the bottoms of your Yorkshire puddings tray and pop into the oven.
Weigh out flour and put into a mixing bowl.
Add in milk stiring to ensure full coverage.
Next whisk in the eggs and keep whisking until smooth light.
Take the hot tray out the oven and pour the mixture in.
Cook until golden brown (depending how you like them) I cook mine for around 25 minutes.
